I suggest you not be so physical around the kids. If you want your relationship to develop it should be outside of your daughters' gymnastics practice(after all that's supposed to be about them). Ask him! Women have every right to ask a guy out. It doesn't have to be a date yet just spend time with him where there isn't the pressure of other parents and your daughters watching you.
