Can a person file a motion, objection and intent to appear with a higher court when the court handeling the?

case in two weeks is civil court and they have a conflict of intrest but wont admit it , due to the fact the defendant is a high ranking attorney for 30 years and has not one but four connections with the bar ociations and an brotherhood (law wise) with the judges as well. and the track record on this case has proven this to be a fact
