Do natural enhancements really work? If so who carries these at my local pharmacy?

If you are talking about the creams you rub on your then i think you will be wasting your money. If there was a way to naturally do it then people wouldnt have augmentation. There is no magic pill or cream to increase or size. Now if you body is lacking its natural hormones that make you grow then thats different.(or a man that wants .haha)
