What will happen to the US Constitution?

I disagree with a lot of the statements about Bush violating the bill of rights but in regards to NAU, the super highway, and the unwillingness to stop illegal immigration I think Bush is a total failure. I still think he is better than the guy he ran against but he does miss the mark on these issues. Our politicians have a sworn duty to uphold the laws of the country and when they turn a blind eye to illegal immigration they are in direct violation of the oath of office. With the exception of a few our politicians should be impeached for not observing their sworn duties.
