Would you build a pitching strong, hitting strong or complete team?

I would personally choose elite pitching, with 6 average batters and an average relief corps a team can still drive in, and save enough runs to make wins. Although you don't take into consideration your starters stamina in this, I'm uming that each starter will average 7 innings if they are "elite". This means that the relief won't be over worked and won't have too much opportunity to blow leads. This is all highly hypothetical though.
