Busch Gardens Williamsburg?

Im going to busch gardens with my school in may and was wondering how should i dress and what to bring and how much money is needed (food,DRINKS, maybe somthing small from giftshop?) and which rides do you get wet on? since i straighten my hair so i cant ride water rides, and which roller coasters are the best? which have the shortest line that are good?
