How can I get my court case thrown out?

Long story, short. My crazy ex-g/f told the cops some b.s. story and they slapped 3 D-Felony charges on me. They gave me a PD and of course with no evidence they could only offer a plea of 1 yr. probation and 1 anger management cl with no contact with my g/f or our baby. 8 months later, the case has been continued 4 times. In the meantime, I became ill and am in the process of filing disability and I had to quit my job and move back home with my dad. Is there any way I can try to get these charges dropped? My attorney sucks and I live 4 hours away from the courthouse.
