Will this boy ever talk to me ever again?

i will make this a long story short. me and this guy were dating for about 5 months 2 of which were long distance since it is summer and we are away from college... we were talking a couple times a week not much but we also were not SUPER close yet because we have not had the time to truly bond. we have not yet had with one another and we were tho having phone and ting a lot to make the summer bareable. my question mostly is, the last time we talked was JULY 5th and today is july 29th.. i texted him july 13th and he never answered adn i kno he is ignoring me because he updates his fb status and has since then... and even tonight he wrote bak to his guy friend hes excited to see because its been long... hasnt it been longer since WE TALKED?! will he ever talk to me again we go back to school in a couple weeks now and in my mind i have moved on i know hes no good for me and i plan to but im curioius does he think its over? did he just mean to end it? or will he maybe talk to me again at school? ps: we wen we talked takled bout the fall and having and a lot of stuf.. wtf...
