Whose video was fake, US Navy or Iran?

The Iranians claim their video is the legitimate confrontation video, yet when one looks at the hull number of the ship in question, it is 73 which would mean DDG 73, the USS Decatur. The Iranian radio tranmission also confirms hull number 73. In the US media, the confrontation was reported as being with the USS Hopper, DDG 70 and it was also confirmed by the US navy that the Hopper was confronted by Iran. Additionally, the USS Hopper bridge video clearly shows the speedboats and their activites and communications recordings confirm the same confrontation.
