What am i doing wrong to my girlfriend.... she keeps wanting it to end?

lately she has been finding things to fight about, she says i don't show emotion and i don't care about her feelings, she says she always has to start everything we do, she says i just don't Talk to her. all this is crazy, i tell her how i feel, i care and listen to her, i ALWAYS have to think of everything we do because she is indecisive and if i don't think of something she gets mad... now she is saying she is feeling neglected, and unappreciated. but she says she has been feeling this way for a few weeks...? i don't get it, I always take her out, we always do something fun, we chill whenever she wants and basically do whatever she wants. so maybe i dont say things anymore when she does things that she always does, like when she straightens her hair, she knows i still like it, what do u think im doing wrong and how can i make her see that i am doing all this stuff she says i don't?
