Should I do something about this person?

Frankly, I don't know what I would do if I were you since I'm not well-informed on this subject. However, maybe a good starting point would be to speak with a counselor or teacher at your school to find out what they suggest. In my opinion, you have very good reason to be apprehensive of this person. You may also want to tell your mom not to disclose any information about any members of your family to them nor any information about any of your family's acquaintances to them. You may also want to consider ways in which you can increase your security, such as around your home as well as personal security when you're outside (for example, carrying a whistle and trying to have another person with you.)
