Exemption from COMMUNITY college entrance exam ?

So I'm going to school in Missouri. As I transition from High School to the pursuit of higher education I decided rather than take a gap year to work I'd pick up a few credits at community college before going off to university. Only thing is I've been horribly lazy and unprepared and noticed when I sent in my application for enrollment today that there is an Entrance exam? Then I noticed something about sending in ACT scores for exemption. When I took the ACT in June I got a 28, and I was wondering if that may be enough to exempt me.
