Doctors/Nurses, Q re, Sudden Blackouts or everthing suddenly moving then going back to normal? Advise needed!?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had any experience of this sort of thing or has any medical advice. So here's a brief description of what happens. Basically i could just be doing something completely normal like walking, sitting or even (scarily) driving and everything will go black for just 1 second or 2 never longer, then go back to normal. OR the other kind is when suddenly what i am seeing infront of me will suddenly shift violently so one side like if you were watching TV and suddenly the picture was swept over to the other side of the screen and then swept back really quickly. It's really difficult to describe, it really like watching a flash back in a film! . I don't know if this helps but it seems to be relevent to me, i have really vivid dreams and have difficultydifferentiatingg between cirstances that have occured within sleep time and awake times, but thisisn'tt very serious and i'm not crazy or anything i just sometimes get confused. I don't really drink that much at all, but i do heavily abuseprescriptionn narcotics Codeinee, up to 900mg per day + paracetamol, averagee day of 600mg) (i posted a question about thisyesterdayy with a lot of information if this would help you to answer this question) However i do not always get these blackouts/flashback after or even around the time of using codeine. They have become moreprevalentt in the last 4 weeks although i have had them before but not a lot. Any advise will be welcome! I particular from any one working or withexperiencee in the medical field. Thanks in advance.
