2 Questions?

I hear if you put Elmer's glue on a stamp before sending it the cancellation mark will not destroy the stamp and you can soak the stamp and later reuse it. True of False? Also I hear if you put a small amount of gasoline in a gl jug and mix it with a little bit of potium permanganate and throw it, it will make a huge explosion. True of False? Thanks :D
